End User Classroom Training

We train users in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.

We restrict the number of delegates per course, to ensure maximum interaction between the delegates and the trainer.

All of our courses are bespoke to the delegates on the day.

We also offer a variety of post-course support services like training clinics.

Users learn best by doing, so all of our ‘classroom’ courses are hands-on and continually interactive.  Typically the trainer will have their computer displaying through a projector, so the delegates can watch the trainers activities during the training.

Where we train
All of our training is carried out on the customers site – this keeps the costs down and offers great flexibility.

All we need is a suitable room and a projector to plug a laptop computer into.

The ideal room layout is with delegates facing the front, so they can easily refer to what is being projected by the trainer.

What else?

  • We train an absolute maximum of 6 delegates per course – to ensure close interaction and support during the training.
  • We charge per day and not per delegate, so you will know exactly how much the cost will be.
  • It is so important that only delegates of the same ability are trained together – so we offer a free training skills analysis service to ensure this.
  • We offer all delegates free email support on the topics covered in the training.
  • All courses are bespoke to the needs of the delegates, so the free printed support material for each delegate is likely to be different each course.

Course structures
We only run bespoke courses – courses that are tailored to the delegates, but we still remain flexible during the training.  However, to help delegates select the topics that would be most useful, we offer these ‘typical’ topic structures to look through and maybe select from ;-
