Training bites are a fast and cost-efficient way to train many staff in Microsoft Excel.
Imagine a large room, and at the front of that room is one of our software experts, with their laptop connected to a projector.
The expert ‘talks and trains’ through Excel – starting at the very beginning and ending up at the most advanced level. So all key features are both described and demonstrated.
The day is usually split into 4 segments, typically….
0915 – 1045 – Introductory level
1100 – 1230 – Introductory to intermediate level
1315 – 1445 – Intermediate to advanced level
1500 – 1630 – Advanced level
Staff can choose to attend any segments they wish – they usually choose those that are best suited to their existing skill level and business need. And there is no limit to the number of delegates.
It is a great way for delegates to see and learn what Excel is capable of, and the examples used and created by our expert can be downloaded by the delegates at the end of the day, providing them with valuable working examples of what was covered.
We charge a set amount for the whole day – irrespective of the number of delegates, so it can be a really cost effective way to train many people in just one day.
The only down side is that it cannot be too interactive – delegates are not hands-on, they look, listen and learn.
