How would you like up to 25 of your people, trained in Microsoft Excel, for the price of a single day’s training?  With the added flexibility of them being able to dip in/out of the topics as they see fit and doing the training anywhere in the world on whatever device they prefer.

We already offer ‘training bites’ that allows a room full of delegates to learn from a trainer as s/he describes and demonstrates the core topics in Excel.
With working from home now very much the norm, we are now offering the same thing – but online.

How it works

• We agree a date on which to do the training
• We provide you with a unique access code/invite that you then send to your people, along with a course prospectus showing what will be covered at what time.  The training will be carried out in Microsoft Teams
• We then work through the topics in detail – demonstrating on our PC while describing, and the delegates either watch and learn and/or participate themselves on their own computers
• At the end of the day we copy you the file we have been working on so you can distribute it to delegates as a useful training reference

So we ‘talk and train’ through Excel – starting at the very beginning and ending up at the most advanced level, so all key features are both described and demonstrated.  There is no interaction with the delegates – this is purely a one-way training event.

The day is usually split into 4 segments, typically….
0915 – 1045 – Introductory level
1100 – 1230 – Introductory to intermediate level
1315 – 1445 – Intermediate to advanced level
1500 – 1630 – Advanced level

Staff can therefore choose to partake in any segments they wish – they usually choose those that are best suited to their existing skill level and business need but you’ll be surprised at how many strong users of Excel still pick up some useful features from the earlier sections.
We limit the number of delegates to 25 and ask that they must all be from your company.

One client had the great idea of projecting our work on a screen in their training room, and they then invited their staff to drop in/out whenever they wished.

It is a great way for delegates to see and learn what Excel is capable of, and with a copy of the examples used and created by our expert, it provides them with valuable working examples of what was covered.

We charge a set amount for the whole day – irrespective of the number of delegates, so it can be a really cost effective way to train many people in just one day.
